Since the age of 5 when I got my first C2 corvette Hot Wheels, it has been my dream to own one. I finally realized that dream...my wife and I were at a car show in a friend's 1969 Camaro (who wasn't able to attend) and our 2002 Monte Carlo Pace car. A gentleman pulled up next to us in this 1964 corvette 327, automatic, and had a For Sale sign in the window. We talked all the way through the show, struck a deal on the price, and the next day I drove my vette home. This all took place right before Father's Day 2005. That was a great Father's Day! My wife and I enjoy showing the car and take it out as much as possible, weather permitting. This is one car that will always be in the family.
